Good information- I do believe in what he is saying. I've missed a couple of the videos, so I'm going back to see them later today. I have found them quite interesting-

Okay, I'm starting the deep belly breaths - it's such a simple way to get started on reducing stress and feeling better :)

Thanks for sharing this. I so agree with what he is saying. A few minutes a day of relaxation, makes a huge difference in how we feel.

I have really enjoyed this series Daria and although my eating habits are pretty good I will be making a few small changes to ensure a more complete diet. Thanks so much for posting these.

I love those deep breaths but they make me realize how big my belly is ;) I really do use them and they calm me down a lot.

You're more than welcome, Patricia, I'm glad you enjoyed these videos. I also felt they were abundant with very useful info - as soon as I first saw them.

In my experience, the small-step approach works best. Making one change and get used to it before making another one does miracles - while turning our life upside down overnight - seems to scare us away into slipping very quickly back to the old habits, no matter how bad they might be.

Keep me posted about your success, I'm always happy to hear from you! :)

Be well...
